01 / Nutrition, fitted to you
Bioboros picks meals that fit your nutrition goals. It accounts for calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates, plus 17 micronutrients —vitamins, minerals, fiber and omega-3— to build your daily plan.
Watch the bars move into the target range, marked in violet. The figure on the right is the mean error of each macro against the daily target, measured on 8 Dominican plans, June 2026.
Within the target range means between 90 and 112% for macronutrients, and between 95 and 105% for calories. That is the fit Bioboros aims for on every day of the plan, not an opinion in nice handwriting.
02 / The refusal
In August 2026 we tested the engine against 20 genuinely hard profiles, all from the Dominican Republic: bariatric surgery, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, warfarin, pregnancy, allergies and three diets. Of 80 plans requested it delivered 60%. In the ones it delivered, our scanner found not a single safety violation. The rest did not get a weak plan: they got a no, with the reason written down.

100 %
Not one safety violation in what was delivered, according to our scanner
20
Profiles, using the real options the form had in August
August 8 and 9, 2026, the production engine of those dates · 20 profiles, Dominican Republic only · verified with our own scanner, not by an external reviewer · the current engine has not been re-measured with this matrix.
A plan that cannot be calculated safely is not a plan. It is a guess in nice handwriting.
03 / The procedure
STEP 01
Weight, height, conditions, medications, allergies, budget and how often you shop. Twenty-some answers, just once.
STEP 02
More than three models working in a chain, with a clinical reviewer that can send the plan back and ask for it again.
STEP 03
One week, two weeks or thirty days with the food of your country, a shopping list and step-by-step recipes. In the Dominican Republic the list comes with supermarket prices; in the other five countries, with the exact quantities to buy.
04 / Six countries
The plan is built with the food of the country you live in, from ingredients you can actually buy there. You pick a main cuisine and can add up to two more.

05 / Validation
Measurement of v2.2+ begins by declaring what will be checked. Results will appear here with their sample, date, version and country once sufficient evidence exists.
Closed cohort · frozen version · reproducible method · human review
How closely does each plan match its calculated targets?
Does the system deliver only plans that pass all applicable guards?
Do currency, units and context match the chosen market without cross-country leaks?
How consistently does it finish, how long does it take and how does it fail?
The Dominican Republic will have the initial full benchmark. All six markets are included in structural checks of currency, units and context. Local prices are not published where a verified native source is still unavailable.
The matrix, scorers, scope and rules remain unchanged throughout the comparison.
Every figure shows its sample, date, architecture, protocol and country.
Rejections, timeouts and incomplete attempts remain in the results.
Every result references its runs, source commit and canonical unit.
V1 and v2.2 each require three complete runs before comparison.
The importer creates candidates; no data is published automatically.
Ready does not mean measured. The matrix and rules are frozen, but collection will start after v2.2 is implemented. The V1 baseline will be captured first, followed by v2.2 under the same protocol. The existing V1 measurement remains a historical reference; it does not replace this new comparison.
06 / The cost
A nutrition appointment is a snapshot of one day. This is the whole week, every week, in your language and with the food of your country.

07 / Questions
It is the right objection and it is well documented: a generic chat knows nothing about your diabetes or your warfarin. Bioboros is not a chat. Your conditions, your allergies —the form recognizes ten— and your medications go in as hard rules before a single meal is generated, and a reviewer can reject the whole plan. When it cannot meet every rule, it does not deliver.
No, and we do not want it to. No human dietitian reviews your plan one by one. If you have a condition under treatment, show the plan to whoever treats you. Bioboros does the daily math nobody has time to do by hand.
In the big apps the food database is written by the users themselves: typed from memory, rounded by eye, and nobody has to cite where the number came from. Here the catalog is 300+ verified foods, and a recipe's macros are calculated by adding up its ingredients instead of guessing the whole dish.
Yes: the food of your country, not a generic translated menu. There are six base cuisines —Dominican, Spanish, Mexican, Puerto Rican, Colombian and everyday American— and you can add up to two more to yours. Dishes are made with ingredients you can buy where you live. In the Dominican Republic the shopping list includes supermarket prices; in the beta countries it still comes without prices.
Dominican Republic is the native market: the plan, the verified catalog and the shopping list with real supermarket prices, in pesos. In Spain, United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Colombia Bioboros works in beta: the plan is built with foods from your country, but the shopping list still comes without prices. Plans are paid in USD in every country.
